Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to development, testing, and release.
• Code Excellence: Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code, ensuring the reliability of software through automated testing.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to turn high-level requirements into impactful product enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that boost team efficiency and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
• Production Support: Oversee large-scale production applications, ensuring stability, and contribute to deployment, infrastructure design, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong expertise in Java programming.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and development of RESTful APIs.
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform to build infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and knowledge of monitoring/logging tools.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
