Key Responsibilities
- Research and create new algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation.
- Exhibit expertise in Python and C++, alongside strong software design and architecture abilities.
- Develop proof-of-concept tools for signal and image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
- Improve Python-based tools utilized for machine learning, modeling, and simulation tasks.
- Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
- Collaborate within an Agile team framework and contribute to shared development resources.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
- Solid software design and architecture expertise.
- Experience in signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with C++, Python, and Linux operating systems (educational qualifications may substitute for some experience).
- Experience with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other forms of remote sensing data.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.
- A keen eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.

Compensation And Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of (117,000 – )168,000 per year, depending on role responsibilities, experience, and educational background.
