We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Simulation System Test (SST) Air Combat Systems (ACS) team. In this role, you will lead projects that involve designing, developing, delivering, and sustaining high-fidelity simulation test and verification products for the F-22 Software development and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project initiatives from concept through to delivery and sustainment.
• Create and manage high-level project requirements and oversee project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring successful technical execution for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense SECRET clearance. You will also need to pass a drug and background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or a non-technical degree with relevant experience.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience in project leadership and managing Earned Value Management (EVM) or Control Account Management (CAM).
• Familiarity with ACS Simulation and/or Systems Integration Labs development.
• Background in software development, including working with software requirements and development processes.
• Experience in product development and integration, including collaboration with senior management and customers.
• Experience with risk analysis, lab development in systems and software, and working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
