We’re looking for a Software engineer to:

•Integrate, design, develop, and improve the products and technology services we provide to our clientsand employees

•apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing newfeatures to automated testing and deployment

•ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our principles andimplementing both functional and non-functional requirements

•build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediatethe root cause of risks and issues

•understand, represent, and advocate for client needs

•share knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to ourengineering culture and internal communities.

•comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Core banking team in Monaco focusing on Core Banking system maintenance, improvements and incident management. The team works in collaboration with software provider to integrate new functionalities or corrective module that should be configured and validated.

Your expertise

•Master degree or equivalent focusing on Information technology with a specialization on finance related subject •Good knowledge of banking processes•Strong experience on Olympic Banking system (business functionalities, parametrization, tables usages, Data query, etc…)

•Skills on SQL, DB2, COBOL, RPG languages•Experience in development on IBM iSeries

•ideally 10 years of experience in a similar position

•interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind

•strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing

•fluent in English
