What will you work on?
At HeyMilo, you’ll tackle complex and high-impact challenges, such as:

• Building seamless API integrations with HR systems to ensure smooth workflows.
• Optimizing data pipelines to sub-500ms for real-time candidate assessments.
• Reducing LLM hallucination rates to improve response accuracy.
• Collaborating with product designers to create intuitive, fast, and visually compelling features.
• Iterating quickly and shipping new functionality with the help of AI-driven workflows.

• Take-home project (you will be compensated for this project)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
