Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team in software best practices, including design, coding, debugging, and testing. Collaborate on system architecture, specifying functional and non-functional requirements. Drive adoption of Agile methodologies (SCRUM), optimizing workflows for productivity and cost efficiency. Communicate technical challenges and project updates clearly to stakeholders. Conduct root cause analyses and provide long-term resolutions for critical issues. Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions using frameworks like React, Next.js, Java, Spring, and Python (FastAPI). Implement AI/ML algorithms and integrate models into software products. Create robust APIs and manage cloud-based databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB). Develop and optimize web applications with a focus on performance, security, and user experience. DevOps and Cloud Operations: Establish CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deployment processes. Design and manage cloud infrastructure, leveraging tools like OpenStack and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Enhance system reliability with proactive monitoring, fault tolerance, and incident response strategies. Ensure application security through bincluding automated testing and vulnerability scanning. Innovation and Collaboration: • Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and DevOps tools to drive innovation. • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI/ML models into productionready solutions. • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous

Required Qualifications Technical Skills: • 3+ years of industry experience in software development and DevOps practices. • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript. • Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React and Next.js. • Strong command of back-end frameworks like Spring and FastAPI. • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible). • Solid knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment in production.
