We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work on state-of-the-art AI solutions and be at the forefront of revolutionising business communication.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration:
• Develop frameworks for custom AI models aligned with client-specific business communication needs.

• Backend and API Development:
• Build and maintain robust APIs for integrating SynteliaMail with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, email providers, and workflow automation tools).
• Optimize the backend infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.

• Frontend Development:
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, responsive, and modern user interfaces for SynteliaMail’s dashboard.

• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Work closely with the leadership team to align the platform with the company’s vision and client needs.
• Document system architecture, processes, and solutions for internal and client use.

• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and software development to ensure SynteliaMail remains a leader in its space.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the platform’s features, functionality, and performance.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development (SaaS platform development experience is a strong plus).

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI API, or similar).
• Proficient in cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, React, or Angular).
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
