Software Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary

Esgenio is seeking a Software Engineer for our India operations to join our elite team. This position is a remote-only position. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, SQL, and Angular.

Responsibilities and Key Duties

• Design and develop high-quality production software with minimal errors
• Produce clean, maintainable code that adheres to SOLID principles
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards
• Follow all software development and quality assurance processes, participating in process reviews
• Test code thoroughly at both unit and functional levels
• Complete user documentation for all software development projects
• Participate regularly in code reviews
• Engage actively in the Agile development process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or a related field
• Over 4 years of experience as a .NET Developer
• At least 3 years of experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core
• Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CI/CD development tools, as well as unit and integration testing
• Experience with Azure
• Knowledge of Angular or React
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in client communication
• A strong team player
• Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of handling multiple tasks
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Resilient with a never-give-up attitude
