Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation Support
- Work closely with customers during the onboarding process to set up and configure our solutions based on their needs.
- Assist in integrating our platform with customer systems, leveraging APIs, JavaScript, and web technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to ensure smooth implementation and optimal system performance.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and maximize the product’s features.
Technical Support
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone, offering expert assistance for technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to JavaScript customizations, API integrations, and front-end styling (HTML/CSS).
- Reproduce reported issues in a test environment and work with the engineering team for resolution if required.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and technical challenges for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including FAQs, integration guides, and troubleshooting steps.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to help shape product development and enhancements.
Customer Success
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring successful product adoption.
- Monitor customer success metrics during and after implementation to identify opportunities for additional support or improvements.
