Software Engineer (Remote)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a skilled React expert to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable software solutions while being a part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Description

* Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React
* Designing software system architecture based on non-technical documents
* Meeting with customers to discuss user interfaces and user experience issues
* Troubleshooting and bug fixing
* Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
* Collaborating with the design team during the application development lifecycle

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of working as a React developer in the past
* Proficient with TypeScript
* Experience with testing using Jest, Cypress
* Knowledge of performance testing software Lighthouse
* Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
* Understanding of application monitoring like Raygun, Datadog, Sentry
* Experience with data visualization tools/libraries (Eg: D3)
* Good project management skills
* Great attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
