What will you do?
- Your role: You’ll be the Tech Lead on projects from the moment our client comes onboard, right up until they go live. You’ll be delivering POS software implementations, configurations, and updates for a wide variety of new and existing customers all around the globe.
- You’ll help drive product adoption by facilitating training sessions and providing follow up support.
- The clients: high-profile hospitality businesses and large venues (pubs, clubs, franchised businesses, stadiums, hotels and casinos).

What are we looking for?
- Hands on experience configuring, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting software solutions.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to present to customers.
- A proactive self-starter who’s looking to expand their skillset.
- You’re able to work in a project team and deliver on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll need to have a full drivers license and your own transport to travel to client sites.
