What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all aspects of solar construction projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
• Coordinate with contractors and internal staff to efficiently execute solar installations
• Maintain regular communication with clients and contractors to address concerns and provide updates
• Travel to job sites to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Provide regular status reports to management and assist internal staff with planning and coordination

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent with a Solar EPC/Installation firm
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, etc.)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Deep understanding of PV and energy storage system design, site selection, and commissioning processes
• Prior experience with project management software, ideally Smart Sheet
• General understanding of solar and battery incentive programs
