Solution Architect Supply Chain Planning (Remote)

Partners with Sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high-quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.

Responsibilities

Providing deep functional expertise and architectural guidance to Business users and IT team in implementing new solutions or upgrade to Oracle Fusion Supply planning

This Position will be over all Solution Architect in working with Business Users to perform designing complex enhancements and extensions, reviewing client business processes, architecting and re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful Oracle Cloud implementation.

The role leads supply chain strategy development within the planning organization, consults with business executives on high-level supply chain issues, and collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize solutions.

This Position will coordination with business partners to ensure a close fit between processes and the future system landscape. This requires consideration of organizational, process and system interfaces for related functions within the supply chain.

Execute fit-gap analysis and identify the right solutions and workarounds

Hands on experience and willingness to work on Solutioning, Configuration, Documentation, User Training and solution Testing

The role leverages industry expertise for innovative ideas and contributes to the development of new frameworks and tools in supply chain projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems

Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning modules to align with business processes and requirements

Qualifications

10+ years of experience working with Oracle Planning modules Demand Management, S&OP, Supply planning, SCC, Replenish Planning, GOP.

Knowledge and understanding of Data flowing between Oracle Cloud Planning Modules

Minimum 3 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCP implementation experience

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements

Proficient with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) and integration services

Knowledgeable in Web Services (SOAP & REST) and Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services.

Proven track record in leading successful Oracle Planning implementations and delivering high-quality Services

Proven experience guiding clients through supply chain process improvements and optimization

Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances

Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules

Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extension.

Knowledge of Middleware OIC, SOA, OSB
