About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of our KYC solutions, driving commercial success, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will possess a deep understanding of the KYC landscape with a proven track record in solution consulting and business development.
You Will
- Lead product demonstrations, skillfully showcasing Advance AI’s KYC solutions and tailoring presentations to address each customer’s unique pain points. Clearly articulate the value proposition, demonstrating how the solutions enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive compliance.
- Conduct thorough due diligence by gathering and analyzing information from marketing, sales, and external sources to build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business landscape, needs, and challenges.
- Drive commercial success by collaborating closely with regional business development teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
- Foster innovation and adaptability by continuously refining solutions and commercial approaches to stay ahead of evolving industry demands and anticipate customer needs.
- Guide customers through successful POCs by providing hands-on support during the POC process, offering clear guidance and expertise, and delivering comprehensive POC analytics reports to demonstrate value and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage RFPs end-to-end, taking ownership of the entire RFP process and ensuring timely, high-quality responses that showcase Advance AI’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Act as a point of escalation, serving as a go-to resource within the solution consulting team, resolving complex issues, and providing guidance to colleagues. Facilitate effective coordination with cross-functional teams, including delivery, product, sales, and operations.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively seeking out and engaging potential clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand Advance AI’s customer base.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the KYC ecosystem, including technology providers, consultants, and industry associations.
- Negotiate and close deals by leading commercial discussions with clients, effectively presenting proposals, addressing concerns, and securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Contribute to market expansion strategies by providing insights and recommendations to shape Advance AI’s business development plans and support entry into new markets or verticals.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or certifications in a relevant field preferred.
- Proven track record in solution consulting or a related field, preferably in KYC solutions.
- Demonstrated business development experience, ideally in the financial services or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and customer success.
