Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Sales teammate who has experience in both Solutions and Staffing sales. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong network and established relationships in one or multiple of the key areas our business operates in: (1) HR, (2) Procurement, (3) Finance, (4) Marketing and (5) Digital.
We sell the following solutions to both enterprise customers and mid-market customers:

  • HR
  • US based Staffing Solutions – we recruit domestic candidates for companies in the US
  • Global Staffing Solutions – we recruit offshore candidates for companies in the US
  • Workforce Transformation – we help companies optimize their cost by evaluating their talent and suggesting
  • Managed Service Program – we help companies manage their contractor population (also known as contingent workforce)
  • Payroll Administration – we are an AOR / EOR provider and manage payroll for companies
  • Procurement / Finance
  • Strategic Sourcing – we help companies identify, manage and execute cost savings strategies
  • Statement of Work Management – we help companies manage their SOWs and generate cost savings
  • Tail Spend Management – we help companies manage their non-strategic spend and drive cost savings, compliance and visibility
  • Assisted Purchasing – we help companies offload specific segments of spend they need support on for purchasing, negotiation and execution
  • Managed Service, Procurement / Finance – companies can outsource portions or the entirety of their Procurement + Finance organization for us to manage. We execute these models from India to provide clients with a cost-effective service.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Website Design and Development – execute in support of client vision for branding/positioning
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – optimize traffice to the client website
  • Social Media Marketing / Lead Generation – strategy and execution of leads thru Digital Marketing
  • Search Engine Marketing / PPC – use paid paid advertising to increase a brand’s visibility in search engine
  • Marketing Analytics – analyze and report on Digital Marketing performance

The successful candidate will leverage their connections to drive new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. They will also be willing to learn about our different solutions so they are able to bring their customers a more holistic approach – one of the unique strengths and differentiators of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Utilize your established network to generate leads, identify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Leverage your connections and industry relationships to engage with potential clients and understand their business needs. Offer customized solutions that align with their goals, demonstrating the value and ROI of our services.
  • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our digital solutions. Address client questions and objections effectively to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Market Research and Networking: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities. Utilize your network to gain insights, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Manage client expectations and ensure projects are completed on time and to satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and custom applications. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and/or Digital Solutions sales, with a proven track record of leveraging a solid network to generate and close deals.

Skills:

  • Established network and strong connections in mid-market or enterprise that have a need for our solutions
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
