Aa a Lead Conversion Specialist you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting potential leads into loyal customers. This role involves analyzing lead data, identifying high-potential prospects, and engaging them through targeted communication strategies. The specialist collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes and develop personalized pitches that align with Wibbi’s value proposition. You’ll be key to helping us achieve our mission of improving the quality of healthcare worldwide.
Role Description
Summary
The Lead Conversion Specialist at Wibbi is an intermediate level role within the sales and marketing team, focused on engaging with and converting incoming leads into potential business opportunities. This role is crucial for maintaining a steady flow of new business and supporting the senior team in strategic lead management initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead Handling Volume: Manage, and qualify a high volume of incoming leads, ensuring timely and effective conversion as per team standards.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system, contributing to data reliability for strategic decisions.
- Customer implementation and onboarding: Ensure that the implementation and onboarding process is as frictionless as possible to help reduce churn.
- Support Contribution: Provide effective support to the team lead, senior specialists, and support team (when applicable), contributing to the team’s overall lead conversion, customer onboarding, and satisfaction goals.
Objectives and Key Results
- Lead Conversion Rate
- Objective: Increase the percentage of leads converted to opportunities.
- Key Results
- Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 30% or qualified leads.
- Close 10 upsell opportunities per quarter.
- Data Integrity and Hubspot Management
- Objective: Ensure high accuracy and up-to-date client data management in HubSpot.
- Key Results
- Achieve 100% accuracy in lead status and data entry within HubSpot.
- Maintain lead follow-up actions logged in the system within 8 hours of interaction.
- Customer Onboarding & Experience
- Objective: To reduce churn, and ensure smooth customer onboarding and a great customer experience.
- Key Results:
- Ensure a high level of customer service by being available in the Ring Central queue and responding to at least 5-10 customer calls per week, depending on call volume variability.
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion and Upselling:
- Support senior specialists and team leads in converting, managing, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and identifying and closing new opportunities for upselling continuously.
- Customer Onboarding and Implementation
- Help customers with a successful implementation to ensure customer adoption and retention from the very first steps of the user journey.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Assist in compiling reports on lead conversion activities and outcomes for team reviews.
- Learning and Development
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and understanding of the lead conversion process.
- Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior team members to enhance performance and career progression.

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a sales or lead conversion role
- Strong bias for action, with a demonstrated track record of delivering clear business results.

- Efficiently prioritize priorities and tasks to achieve key performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members, partners, and clients
