Job Overview

We are actively seeking a talented Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role will focus on orchestrating essential phases of our Mpower project deployments, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead training initiatives to guarantee that all assets and inventory align with system specifications.
  • Evaluate and authenticate the precision of inventory data.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot issues related to asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Conduct tailored virtual training sessions for Clerks, Material Leads, and Technicians within the maintenance domain.
  • Equip end-users with a comprehensive understanding of the MPower software, ensuring readiness for the go-live phase.
  • Deliver proactive support throughout the training process to enhance user experience.
  • Offer both on-site and remote assistance during the initial week of go-live to facilitate successful task completion.
  • Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the go-live period, minimizing service interruptions.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project leadership team.

Required Skills

  • Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in implementation or deployment roles, with a preference for backgrounds in technical or IT environments.
  • Proficient training and presentation skills, particularly in virtual instructor-led training settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in implementation or deployment functions is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
