Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for clients, engaging through various communication channels including Zoom, phone, text, and email to resolve marketing inquiries.
• Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ marketing performance and deliver actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Propose and execute strategies for keyword optimization, campaign structuring, display ads, and other components of paid search and social media.
• Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure they meet set KPIs, including tracking budgets and bids.
• Produce detailed reports on marketing activities utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate among client support and marketing teams to guarantee efficient project implementation.
• Design and publish customized and template ads for clients across platforms like Facebook and AdWords.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports from multiple data sources.
• Assist clients with CRM setup to enhance lead generation and collaborate with cross-functional teams on diverse initiatives.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in a comparable position.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration across departments and building strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress is beneficial.
• A genuine interest in real estate and/or technology is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
