Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Market Growth Specialist to spearhead our initiatives in securing new contracts and enhancing our presence within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Home (SFH) communities. This role will entail forging robust relationships with property managers, developers, and homeowners’ associations (HOAs) to finalize agreements, while simultaneously fostering the adoption of our products and services in contracted communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive efforts to secure new contracts with MDU properties and SFH developments.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with property managers, developers, HOAs, and community boards.
  • Expertly negotiate agreements for exclusive service provision in targeted communities.
  • Manage and enhance relationships within existing contracted MDUs and SFH communities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth opportunities and assess competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and technical teams to develop strategies that bolster market penetration.
  • Carry out regular field visits to prospective and current MDU and SFH communities.
  • Participate in community events and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective customers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional post-sale support in partnership with customer service teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities utilizing a CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to operate independently while managing multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the telecommunications, real estate, or utilities sectors.
  • A successful track record in acquiring new business and driving sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
