Position: Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager
As a Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager, you’ll collaborate with our partner marketing team and directly support our sponsoring partners to create an exceptional experience at our annual conference. This role is pivotal in elevating attendee engagement and maximizing sponsor visibility. Your primary focus will be project planning, implementation, and flawless sponsor fulfillment.
Current Status: The prospectus is in development, the sponsor contract is finalized, our pipeline is open, and our team is confirming sponsorships.
This is a fully remote, 9-month contract position with flexible hours: 20 hours/week from November-February, 40 hours/week from February-June, and 15 hours/week mid-June-July. Start date: ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) Development: Collaborate with the Event Tech team to build and manage the ERC, with comprehensive project planning to ensure seamless execution of Summit sponsorships.
Sponsorship Communication Plans: Create detailed plans for all sponsorship-related communications, including project logistics, planning briefs, and updates.
Sponsor Service Strategy: Develop and execute a top-tier customer service plan in partnership with the event agency.
Enhanced Program Technology Utilization: Use industry-leading tools and processes to optimize sponsorship management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Effective Sponsor Correspondence: Manage regular communication to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial sponsor experience.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 10 years in event sponsorship fulfillment, with a record of managing sponsor engagement at events.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility across diverse teams.
Strategic Focus: A results-oriented mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service to sponsors.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills; experienced in leading presentations, preparing insights, and engaging partner marketers with data-backed recommendations.
Technical Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, MS Excel, Mac, and generally tech literate.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
