With our expansion into the Honor of Kings ecosystem, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to help us establish and grow lasting partnerships with brands and organizations.

Role Overview:

The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sponsorship opportunities that align with the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for esports, a deep understanding of sponsorship strategies, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship Acquisition:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract sponsors for 3 Degrees Esports, focusing on the Honor of Kings ecosystem and other gaming initiatives.

• Identify potential sponsors, conduct research on target industries, and build a pipeline of opportunities.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsors, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term engagement.

• Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing their needs and ensuring deliverables are met.

• Proposal Development:

• Create compelling sponsorship proposals, tailored to the needs and goals of prospective partners.

• Negotiate contracts and secure favorable agreements.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Track the performance of sponsorship campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure that all sponsorship commitments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Collaborative Efforts:

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop activations, branding opportunities, and campaigns for sponsors.

• Identify trends and insights within the esports and gaming industries to provide innovative sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sponsorship management, sales, or business development (preferably in esports, gaming, or a related industry).

• Strong network within esports, gaming, or sponsorship sectors is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of esports ecosystems and platforms, particularly Honor of Kings, is preferred.

• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
