Sr Brand Designer (Remote)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Design Manager/Senior Brand Designer to join our Marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you will lead our design team and oversee the visual branding strategy of Sisense, ensuring our branding is powerful and consistent across all channels.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP:

What day 30 could look like:

• You will have learned about the Sisense platform and branding guidelines.
• You will have built relationships with the marketing and product teams.
• You will be up to date on our workflow and tools.
• You will be able to take care of most design requests.

What day 60 could look like:

• You will set design KPIs and targets, and start implementing changes based on initial feedback.
• You will have begun coordinating with marketing, product, and external agencies to align on major upcoming campaigns.
• You will ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communication.

What day 90 could look like:

• You will have taken full ownership of the visual design strategy.
• You will be leading efforts to refine our branding and visual storytelling to better engage our target audience.
• You will develop new design initiatives that enhance the user experience and promote brand consistency.

WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED… SO FAR:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role with a focus on branding and web design, preferably in a B2B environment.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, web design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of current design trends and techniques, as well as experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress.
• Knowledge of ADA and WCAG compliance for web and visual design.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $135,000-$156,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
