Responsibilities:

Work within Innovation Lab teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology experiment requirements.
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of experiments.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure the successful delivery of experiments by providing technical guidance and support.
Conduct data analysis to inform experiment design and outcomes.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on technology and innovation.
Strong understanding of full stack development and agile methodologies.
Proven ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with remote and offshore teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
