Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational objectives and utilize customer engagement platforms to boost retention.
- Create, manage, and refine multi-channel campaigns while ensuring a consistent tone and messaging framework that promotes desired customer actions.
- Analyze customer insights and campaign performance data to continuously improve communication tactics.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Digital CX, to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
- Advocate for customer needs and provide training to internal stakeholders on best practices in communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance communication strategies and maintain relevant documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and content creation capabilities targeted at diverse customer segments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with proven expertise in writing and editing.
- Proficient in customer engagement platforms and CRM tools, alongside a solid grasp of data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the skill to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in communication strategy, customer experience, or marketing, focusing specifically on retention and transactional communications.
- Demonstrated success in managing influential communication campaigns.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
