Sr Content Strategist Copywriter | BrandAction Agency | United States
We’re seeking a seasoned B2B Content Strategist/Writer to develop content strategies and create compelling, benefit-driven content for integrated campaigns, including websites, digital ads, emails, eBooks, videos, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Content research and strategy: Analyze client data, trends, and buyer pain points to inform content strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Content audits and ideation: Evaluate existing content, identify gaps, and propose fresh ideas that address customer pain points by role and journey stage.
- Content creation and optimization: Write SEO-friendly, engaging content across channels and optimize existing materials to improve performance.
- Campaign execution: Collaborate with creative team to develop lead-gen content and transform complex topics into storytelling narratives that supports the client’s brand guidelines (tone of voice, messaging strategy, etc.).
- Client collaboration: Partner with clients to help define messaging strategies and serve as a subject matter expert, deeply understanding their products and positioning.
- Presentations and feedback: Present ideas confidently based on aligning with approved brief; adapt work based on client feedback.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns (both long and short form communication mediums).
- Strong digital background with experience in SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical content into engaging copy.
- Collaborative, proactive, organized and comfortable working autonomously.
- Agile, adaptable and resilient; ability to pivot and juggle multiple assignments and maintain a great attitude.
- Highly transparent and accountable; these are critical operating tenants.
- Experience with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- You must be located and legally able to work in the US.
- Must be able to work in the EST and CST time zones
