ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing a wide range of digital marketing activities to support our clients growth ambitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Own the creation of highly-relevant short and long-form content, including blogs, case studies, emails, and newsletters, by authoring content briefs, coordinating with SEO, and leveraging data and technology.
● Incorporate best practices and compelling storytelling abilities to create high-quality content that drives engagement.
● Demonstrate domain expertise to the organization and be seen as the expert, internally and externally. Be confident, lean in, lead.
● Oversee LinkedIn Prospecting efforts, ensuring effective targeting, outreach, and messaging to support lead generation and nurture campaigns.
● Build and deploy email campaigns using various email platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
● Develop complex workflows in HubSpot to deliver on engagement and personalization strategies.
● Maintain and scrub client databases, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Work with strategist on segmentation for campaign definition.
● Manage client website updates, working closely with web developers and designers to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with client objectives.
● Ability to stand up landing pages in some platform(s) should be a current or emerging capability.
● Coordinate with the creative team on the development of campaign assets, including landing pages, banners, and other visual elements, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
● Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of demand generation techniques. Be the authority.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a strong background in a B2B demand generation agency.
● Advanced degrees and certifications in digital marketing and analytics are highly desirable.
● Expertise in demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
● Proven experience managing content creation, email campaigns, LinkedIn Prospecting, and website updates.
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, AI platforms, and marketing automation tools.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and problem solve.
● Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● A leadership mentality is key.
● Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Familiarity with design principles and working with creative teams is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
