Sr Executive Asst Manager Conference Producer | FirstVIEW | India

Location: Fully remote work – kindly ensure you are fully available over phone and mail during working hours. Calls, msgs and mails must be responded properly. Base location change must be informed through a formal request as you are not expected to travel during working hours unless the same is official or you are on leave.

Must have: Candidates must have their own laptop and mobile with sim.

You may avail BYOD policy to buy a laptop – the purchase should not be on or before the offer acceptance or start of onboarding date, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement will start on probation confirmation.

Probation duration: 6 months. Training and handholding will be provided.

Work Time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm weekdays and two Saturdays 9.30 am to 2 pm

CTC Bracket: 3.6 to 4.8 LPA

Essential requirements

● Minimum of 2 years in organising domestic and international events and conferences.

● Relevant experience of undertaking marketing and corporate communications work.

● Excellent written and oral communications skills

● Experience in working within a multicultural and international environment

● Ability to use an international network of contacts for commercial purposes

● Relevant communications and Web experience

● Demonstrable expertise in budgeting and managing projects to tight deadlines

● Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail

● Ability to solve problems and engage with appropriate technical/internal resources.

● Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organisational skills

● Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.

● Willingness to handle cash and report promptly and accurately

● Ability to clearly draft communications for marketing purposes across various communication channels including emails, posts, graphic designs etc.

● Ability to study and analyze market trends, developments, statistics, and information.

● Ability to speak and interact confidently, clearly and professionally in front of an audience.

● Draft and write relevant content as per the topic and purpose.

● Ability to work, connect and achieve results by collaborating with others including your fellow team members and other department leaders.

● Ability to know how to address issues when they arise, solve problems efficiently, allow colleagues to perform their own job more efficiently, and help improve the team’s bottom line as a whole.

● Ability to understand and address client requirements in a timely manner

● Having good, accurate, and up-to-date understanding of the industry, market, companies and ever-changing business environments.
