What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide overall facility management services with continuous monitoring of office/facility
• Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Provide facilities helpdesk services to monitor workflow and ensure quality service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and customer service
• Prior experience working in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, or related field
• Previous experience in professional services industries
• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures
• Proven ability to manage complex work orders and vendor relationships
