About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to be part of a team that serves our clients by developing tools to measure and increase the company’s rate of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React and Django. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Django
• Revamp payments infrastructure
• Integrate our software with Twilio for SMS marketing
• Develop stable features with full drag & drop functionality
• Convert core features into a basic mobile app
• Develop financial tooling solutions
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our applications meet customer needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specializing in React and Django
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in backend web development
• Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
• Proficient in version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
