Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual/Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will translate branding strategies and design requests into impactful, high-quality design assets across various platforms. Your work will be instrumental in evolving and growing our brand.

This role offers a wide array of creative, branding, and design opportunities to showcase your amazing work, ranging from social media to print/digital collateral.

This opportunity is for a full-time position.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

Create and execute design concepts for digital and print collateral, including but not limited to social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates ACM’s messaging.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to ideate and design creative solutions for new campaigns.
Adapt designs for various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of composition, typography, layout, and design/visual principles
Understanding of how to format a single design to meet various specs, sizes, and digital platforms (ex. FB, LI, YouTube, Twitter, Website, etc…)
Portfolio demonstrating creative, design, and software skills
Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the desired outcome or team feedback in mind
Ability to communicate design direction and choices clearly
Possesses ability to efficiently and effectively work between multiple projects while maintain clear communication and timelines
Expert knowledge of Adobe design products, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Pursues continual education to increase design skills, knowledge, and industry trends

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

REQUIRED – 4+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design, typography, layout, and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is required.
Experience with Asana (project management) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Deep understanding of how to format designs for various platforms, mediums, and specs, including social media, websites, flyers, advertising, and print.
Ability to work across multiple projects while maintaining clear communication and timelines.
Continuously seeks to improve design skills and stay updated on industry trends.
