So, what will the Senior Project Manager at Terrestris do?

Big picture, the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) is the largest investment ever made in our nation’s clean energy future—helping the United States meet our climate goals and creating more than 170,000 clean energy jobs in the law’s first year alone. To ensure that new clean energy jobs are good-paying, high-quality jobs, the IRA provides substantially increased tax benefits to taxpayers who pay prevailing wages and who meet certain registered apprenticeship requirements on a range of clean energy projects. What does a typical day look like for the Senior Project Manager?

You will:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
Utilize project management tools such as Primavera to track progress and report on key metrics
Implement methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and issues
Develop comprehensive program documentation including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the program lifecycle
Facilitate data collection processes to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the person we’re looking for if you have:

A Bachelors degree in related field
At least 5 years of program management experience
Skilled in leveraging customer experiences and transforming organizations
Management skills in directing the overall delivery of the engagement and oversee the engagement team
Demonstrate knowledge and experienced in employee experience and workforce productivity, specializing in human capital management (HCM), transformation, technology strategy and change management for technology transformation and business change management
Experience in interfacing directly with the government designated representatives and supervising various contract activities is also required
Able to identify and communicate program risks and recommend mitigation
Acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and managing stakeholders
