Sr. IT Project Manager

client is in need of an experienced business-side PM to join their team and assist with both the design and rollout of their new IT roadmap, as well as support their global implementation of Workday HRIS. For the Roadmapping side of things this resource with work with VP of IT to asses and support the long term vision of the org and manage the IT team as they work toward implementing the future state. On the HRIS implementation side of things the work will look similar to an M&A whereas our client currently has 4 regions of their company, globally, on different versions of their HRIS tool. This global Workday HRIS implementation will bring all 4 regions onto a unified instance of the platform. Workday experience is preferred for this role, but someone who has implemented another enterprise-level HRIS globally, such as SuccessFactors, would fit. The right candidate will have strong experience and confidence, and the ability to communicate at the highest possible levels for meetings with C-suite and beyond.

• Lead projects to ensure proper scoping, committals, and delivery time frames.
• Assist in the selection of vendors and specialized consultants through defined processes.
• Guides stakeholders to ensure project obligations and responsibilities are clearly outlined.
• Execute efficient and effective communication with all team members and stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to ensure compliance with negotiated MSA/contractual terms and rate cards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
• Manages and drives communication between project team members, senior management, and technical teams.
