What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan and manage IT projects from scope development to post-implementation, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline
• Lead vendor selection processes and manage vendor contract reviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand project requirements and guide optimal solutions
• Track project tasks, risks, and statuses in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system
• Mentor new Project Managers and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, particularly with complex IT projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Clinical area, or equivalent IT project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Project Management tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Managerial experience is a plus
• Training or certification in LEAN-Six Sigma, CAPM, or PMP
• Familiarity with Epic, ServiceNow, or other hospital systems and interfaces
