Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java Spring Boot applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backed systems and databases.
• Optimize database queries and application performance to improve overall system efficiency.
• Work with various databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server, selecting the most appropriate technology for each project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions, including front-end developers, QA, and product managers.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in backed development.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with multiple database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge in the finance or healthcare sectors.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
