Sr Java Fse With Angular (Remote)

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Java Full Stack Engineer to serve our diverse base of global clients. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Core team members and work with business stakeholders on clarifying requirements.

• Coordinating with other technology areas for testing, defect resolution, environment issues, etc.

• Design user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Strong proficiency in Full stack development – Angular – ionic, Java, Springboot, Restful webservices.

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, databases and stored procedures.

• Good experience in Angular for front end ionic development.

• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Designing and developing APIs.

Qualifications

• Should have strong skills in core Java, Java 8 +

• Should have strong experience in Springboot, Spring MVC, Rest based API development and Angular / ionic development.

• Should be aware of secure coding standards and mitigate security vulnerabilities

• Should have good debugging skills

• Good working skill in Front end technologies – Angular, JavaScript, CSS and HTML

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000- $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
