About the Role: Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
As a pivotal member of our Consumer Lifecycle Marketing team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing personalized lifecycle campaigns to drive consumer growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead the execution of email campaigns and contribute to program enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom, responsive email templates for consumer marketing initiatives.
Lead the setup, auditing, and launch of email campaigns, collaborating with internal design teams and external agencies as needed.
Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize lifecycle campaigns.
Conduct A/B tests to refine email strategies and implement successful iterations.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Maintain contact list health and ensure optimal deliverability by updating segmentation rules and monitoring sender reputation.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in CSS, HTML coding, and building dynamic, responsive email templates.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce, or Oracle.
Strong understanding of Email & Push best practices and industry trends.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in high-volume campaign settings.
2+ years of relevant experience in email marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in marketing, business communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to strategize and problem-solve to optimize program efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Salary Range: $70,900—$80,800 USD
The base salary range reflects our commitment to pay transparency, with additional bonuses and benefits available based on skills and experience.
