Position Overview

We are in search of an astute and detail-oriented professional who possesses comprehensive expertise in healthcare services pricing models and operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in executing sourcing events, steering commercial negotiations, and crafting various contract documents. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing events and cultivate vendor relationships with an emphasis on nurturing positive collaborations.
  • Spearhead commercial negotiations with vendors and articulate various contract documents, including MSA, SaaS, and SOWs.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams encompassing security, IT, finance, and legal.
  • Maintain precise and current reports of ongoing projects.
  • Innovate and deploy new procedures, training programs, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Nurture constructive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendor representatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office and Workday.
  • Familiarity with contracting tools, such as Cobblestone (preferred).
  • Thorough understanding of various contract types, including MSAs, SaaS, and SOWs, with experience in drafting amendments.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective pricing negotiations and project status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in a pertinent field, or 7 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role.
  • Prior expertise in healthcare payor services.
