Location: For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.

As part of Dayforce’s Workforce Management Product team, you will lead a team of highly skilled product managers located throughout North America. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our planning and scheduling products, ensuring they meet the needs of our global and diverse customer base while aligning with industry standards and compliance regulations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance our customers’ experience and streamline their operations. You should be comfortable managing internal and external executive-level stakeholders and have the ability to navigate complex, competing priorities. You are imaginative, innovative, data-driven, and relentless in driving features to completion. You anchor your decisions in strategy and defend them with data. What you’ll get to do

• Help define the strategy for our Planning and Scheduling solutions, and push initiatives forward with passion and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to effectively communicate initiatives and ensure open lines of communication are established for the working team.
• Engage with customers by conducting user research, gathering insights, and maintaining relationships with key customers to inform product decisions.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay apprised of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience we Value

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years of directly leading teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or solutions, Workforce Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must-have, including comfort in presenting to internal and external executive teams.
• Exceptional self-awareness and influencing skills.
