- Contribute to the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales team’s objectives
- Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs, focusing on content creation and development
- Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and determine priorities
- Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes
- May manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in identifying and implementing sales enablement technology solutions
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
- Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
