Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
- Assists Marketing & Communications leadership by overseeing and executing multiple marketing and communication projects with specific deadlines including campaigns, website content development, social and digital marketing initiatives and events.
- Able to maintain challenging timelines while ensuring brand standards, quality and efficiency.
- Provides creative input on projects.
- Gathers information, materials and resources needed to implement key projects.
- Provides succinct analysis of the campaign metrics.
- Assembles and coordinates project teams including operations, finance, human resources, vendors and others to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Prepares the background materials required and facilitates meetings.
- Meets with key stakeholders to ensure marketing is supporting the strategic and business goals of the organization.
- Prioritizes projects based on business needs and goals.
- Ensures excellent customer service and successful working relationships with team members, customers, vendors and community leaders.
- Maintains records and reports necessary for the brand and content/communications director to keep executives and team members informed of activities.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
Other Related Functions
- Works as a team with other professionals within Strategic Communications and Brand Marketing and other internal and external customers with special projects as needed and requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Training
- Bachelor degree in business, communications, advertising, journalism or similar field.
Licensure/Certification
None.
Experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years marketing or communications related experience either in a corporate or advertising agency setting or 3 to 5 years of experience in a business environment.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
