Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a team of software developers at CareNet Health, ensuring efficient resource utilization and professional growth.
Strategic Planning: Oversee development activities, focusing on capacity, refinement, and deployment of IT solutions that adhere to best practices and organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards for all software.
Collaboration Champion: Partner with product management, operations, PMO, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver IT solutions that truly meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
Resource Management: Allocate team resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure timely software project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, keeping them informed on development activities and team performance.
On-Call Support: Be available for urgent project issues or support needs as required.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies and hands-on experience with technologies like .NET, React, C#, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team performance and continuous growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle software development challenges.
- Willingness to handle on-call responsibilities when needed.
