NPI Test EngineerMission: As a Sr
NPI Test Engineer you will own the manufacturing test content for new product introductions
You will collaborate with product development teams that specify, build, test and challenge new product designs to improve reliability, serviceability, manufacturability and cost
You will create factory test tools and test suites based on the product use case conditions, ensure the content of qualification and manufacturing test programs will meet product quality standards, and work with manufacturing sites to ramp the product into volume production
This position is within the System Engineering Team, and you will be transitioning products from Engineering to Operations.Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:Develop test-software and diagnostic tools for system and subsystem manufacturing testEvaluate and improve test coverage to prevent test escape related field failures  Develop new algorithms and test solutions for new features and new productsProvide on-site CM support as required to help identify and resolve issues and streamline the manufacturing test and debug processSupport pilot production phase through successful and sustained project launch
