We’re looking for a talented Senior Paid Growth Strategist, Analytics to join our small team of experts at Flywheel who can think holistically about growing their clients through paid. If you’re the right person, you understand that great advertising online is performance-based, and that performance is a function of strategy, creativity, and technical execution.
Flywheel works with some of the world’s top high-growth digital consumer brands, such as lululemon, Good Inside, Willful, and DUER. You’ll work directly with these clients and be responsible for owning the strategy and execution for their paid growth programs. We take a soft-eyes view of what ‘paid growth’ includes. You won’t just be cruising the ad platforms – you’ll manage visuals, provide CRO recommendations, and think strategically about your clients’ CAC to LTV. Reporting to the Director of Paid Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the analytics service function on the Paid team; establishing best practices, scalable processes, and a team-oriented approach to deliver impactful, data-driven results. This is a full-time, remote-first position, best suited to someone with experience managing 5 and 6 figure monthly budgets.
Responsibilities
The right person has 3-6 years’ experience or equivalent skills in the following:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Campaign Optimization Best Practices
- CRO Analysis
- Copywriting

The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and market location.
