Looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a company developing a B2B SaaS platform for Content Management! As a meaningful player in the product team, you will take over some of the most integrated product domains and further scale the foundation of how the customers are planning, publishing and maintaining entire social media activities within the company, as well as shaping the future of the company products.

What you will own and drive:

  • Completely own the Content, Social Media & Integrations experience with your product team, ensuring that it’s even easier for the customers to leverage content types & plan, publish and maintain all things social media. You own the team’s backlog and are accountable for customer & business impact.
  • Prioritize opportunities in line with the strategy as well as by leveraging data insights to make sure you work on what brings most value to the company customers and the business.
  • Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experience in an agile manner – maintain & prioritize a feasible backlog and facilitate events like Planning, Refinements, Retros and Dailies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the company to formulate and test hypotheses ensuring that you are shipping high impact solutions.
  • Take responsibility for cross-team alignment, coach and support less senior Product Manager peers in their efforts and ensure overall excellence in how Product Management is executed at the company.
  • Revise and iterate processes within the Product Management group in alignment with the Head of Product.
  • Contribute to further refining the Products strategy, goals and success metrics. 

You’ll be a great match if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in startups or start-up like environments
  • 2+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven track record of discovering and delivering solutions within complex software spaces
  • Experience using both quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (e.g. user research, feedback) to inform prioritization and business judgements
  • The ability to deliver outstanding outcomes in a timely manner by strong prioritization, focus and by applying pragmatism
  • Good understanding of product architecture and technical concepts (e.g. APIs, Integrations)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to design strategy & go-to-market approaches for new features and initiatives
  • Proven track record of translating company strategy and business goals into initiatives & features within your domain aligning stakeholders around expected value & go-to-market strategy
  • Ability to create feasible tactics, balancing trade offs between scope, time and quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindset
  • Desire to improve through direct & candid feedback

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience within content management or social media integrations is a strong plus
