What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Focus on process improvement, organizational change management, and project management
• Develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, and risk management approaches
• Organize complex projects into manageable work plans and estimate staffing requirements
• Proactively assess projects for potential issues and develop solutions to complex problems
• Utilize project management software and train others on its functionality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 project management course required
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field (degree substitution acceptable)
• Mastery of standard project management applications and software
• Ability to learn new software quickly and instruct others on its use
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Additional formal training in project management preferred
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired
