Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Planning: Engage in all phases of the construction planning and scheduling process, including proposal schedules and baseline development.
  • Collaboration: Participate in project meetings, focusing on scheduling matters to deliver insights and resolve schedule-related issues.
  • Contract Insights: Familiarize yourself with construction contract terms and their implications on scheduling operations.
  • Performance Measurement: Assist in performance tracking, schedule trend analysis, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed schedule management reports along with resource-loaded schedules and risk assessments.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize project drawings and specifications to formulate precise schedules and ensure alignment of project logic with planned activities.
