Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with React.js, Redux, and other modern web technologies. As a senior member of the development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation applications. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex UI/UX components, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate APIs and services using RESTful architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and help foster a collaborative environment.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux with a deep understanding of its principles and best practices.
• Experience with state management using Redux (Redux-Saga, Redux-Thunk).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and functional programming concepts.
• Experience with API integration and handling asynchronous data in web applications.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Gulp.
• Proficient with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Experience in optimizing web performance and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
