Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Grand View Consulting, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team and leadership to promote our services, identify new opportunities, and close deals that contribute to the company’s overall success. Your role will be key in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the value of Grand View Consulting’s services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
• Track sales progress, prepare reports, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build a solid professional network.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, competitor activities, and potential service improvements.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in other sales/customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A background in real estate, consulting, or a related field is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,587.73 – ₹50,000.00 per month
