What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to meet performance and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce capabilities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
• 8+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Developer, focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified Architect (Application, System, and/or Technical)
• Experience in the healthcare industry
