What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Consult with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges related to employee and patient experiences
• Support the execution and evaluation of global employee and patient experience programs
• Analyze data from surveys and focus groups to identify improvement opportunities for experience programs
• Collaborate with various HR functions and business areas to implement and modify experience programs
• Develop presentations and promotional materials related to experience programs and present findings to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior; PhD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design and/or organizational consulting, focusing on employee or patient experience
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful experience-related programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint for creating presentations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with statistical analysis and business analytics
• Familiarity with change management and organizational effectiveness
• Experience managing projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring
• Knowledge of supporting employee and patient surveys and analytics
